I never thought I would like brussel sprouts until we tried them with a spicy and sweet glaze! I looked at my husband and we knew we had to recreate them at home. This recipe has 6 ingredients and only 4 steps and uses the airfryer! Healthy and EASY!! The perfect side to any meal or great by themselves to enjoy the spice and sticky sweet glaze!
Recipe: Makes 3 servings
Ingredients:
25 Brussel Sprouts
3 Tbsp Oil
6 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 1/2 Tbsp Sambal
5 1/2 Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic minced
Method:
1. Cut brussel sprouts in half and coat in the oil. Put the oil coated brussel sprouts in the airfryer at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes or until they are completely dehydrated.
2. While the brussel sprouts cook, in a big bowl mix together the soy sauce, sambal, sweet chili sauce and garlic.
3. Once the brussel sprouts are dehydrated add them to the sauce you made and coat all of them completely.
4. Throw them back into the airfryer at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until they have caramelized.
