Pistachio Cake


Pistachio cake- moist, rich and nutty. If you knew my family from 2007-2010 you probably have tried had a piece or million of this super delicious cake. Although we have been making it a long time, for those 3 years everyone wanted her to make it again and again. 5 ingredients, 1 bowl and 1 baking dish is all you need! Perfect with a cup of chai, coffee, or just by itself!

Recipe: Makes about 24 pieces

Ingredients:

1 Box of White Cake Mix

2 Boxes of Pistachio Jello Pudding

2 Eggs

1 Cup Oil

1 1/2 Cups of Club Soda


Method:

1. Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile in a bowl whisk together the white cake mix and the pistachio jello pudding packets.

2. Then whisk in the eggs

3. Add oil and whisk.

4. Then add in the club soda. Make sure to whisk so that it is fully incorporated in the batter.

5. In a baking dish that is dusted (or PAMed) pour in the batter and bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes.
